Take Sean Eason at Carter Amplifiers as an example. Carter Amps builds boutique (custom) guitar amplifiers in Austin, TX. Sean is very tech savvy. So, in addition to the E-commerce features, he uses a the backend administration system to edit, and even expand, the site by himself. I gave him the tools he needed for his business, not just a Web site. Sean can add new content, edit existing content, add new pages, create new navigation buttons, add new modules for new functionality created by other people, for free. All of that is in addition to the usual stuff you would expect, like a shopping cart with integrated shipping, invoicing, customer accounts, and inventory. And, last but not least, the fun stuff: an integrated MP3 player and audio library that Sean uses to show off his amps' awesome sounds.
